The MYNET Security ARC is at the centre of the MYNET Security Proactive Video Monitoring service. It is the epicentre of all monitoring activity. The advanced detection software employed behind high-quality IP cameras ensures that any human movement on your property is viewed live, challenged with a personalised audio warning, and responded to in accordance with your customised protocol.
Our Monitoring Centre is built in accordance with the EN 50518:2019 standard — the highest standard in Europe for remote monitoring and alarm receiving centers. EN 50518:2019+A1:2023 aims to ensure that ARCs are robust and resilient, so they always initiate timely and appropriate response actions.

The ARC is enclosed by a concrete shell, indicating a robust and durable construction that adds an extra layer of security. This concrete shell serves as a physical barrier, enhancing the protection of the contents within.
The single entry and exit point through an airlock double door system further reinforces the controlled access to the ARC. An airlock system is designed to prevent the simultaneous opening of both doors, minimizing the risk of unauthorized access, maintaining a controlled environment, and potentially providing an added layer of security against external elements like dust or contaminants.
An Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) built to withstand extreme situations, in accordance with EN 50518 standards, incorporates resilient design principles and robust construction.
Internally, the ARC is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and redundant systems to ensure continuous operation during power outages or technical failures.

INTELIGENT SOFTWARE INDENTIFIES A THREAT
The Mynet Security Platform connects to the video surveillance system, now including advanced CCTV Monitoring System, accompanied by the use of computer vision software analytics to detect unauthorised activity. Once unauthorised activity is detected, within seconds an alert is sent to an intervention specialist at the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).
LIVE AUDIO
WARNING IS GIVEN
An intervention specialist speaks directly to the intruder with a live audio warning during the Live CCTV Monitoring process, advising they leave the premises immediately. In 98% of cases, the live warning stops the criminal from proceeding. In the small number of cases where they are not deterred, the intervention specialist escalates the response.

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
One location is not enough to ensure continuity of service, so in order to provide uninterrupted security to our clients we have two Control Rooms, one located in IRELAND and the other located in SOUTH AFRICA.
Each has the ability to take over the monitoring requirements of the other. This ensures full disaster recovery based on:
