Once unauthorised activity is detected, within seconds an alert is sent to our monitoring operators at the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).
LIVE AUDIO WARNING IS GIVEN
Monitoring Operator speaks directly to the intruder with a live audio warning during the Live CCTV Monitoring process, advising they leave the premises immediately.

DISASTER RECOVERY - MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
One location is not enough to ensure continuity of service, so in order to provide uninterrupted security to our clients we have two Control Rooms, one located in IRELAND and the other located in SOUTH AFRICA.
Each has the ability to take over the monitoring requirements of the other.
All of the above gives our customers confidence in continued service during crisis and are integral to an effective disaster recovery plan.
