Payment Terms & Conditions

SECURITY SYSTEM SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION

Service Description:

 

The security installation services provided by MYNET (''Company'') encompass the setup and configuration of security systems tailored to the specific needs of our customers.

This includes, but is not limited to, the installation of:

CCTV Systems: Placement and mounting of surveillance cameras at strategic locations to monitor and record activities on the premises.

Intruder and Fire Alarms: Installation and programming of alarm systems designed to detect unauthorized entry and alert occupants in the event of a fire or security breach.

Access Control Systems: Implementation of access control mechanisms to regulate entry and exit points, including the installation of keypads, card readers, biometric scanners, and other security devices.

Additionally, our installation services extend to accommodating any other security or other equipment agreed upon with the customer, whether communicated verbally or documented in writing. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and commitment to meeting the unique requirements of each client, ensuring that their property is safeguarded with cutting-edge security solutions.

1. Payment Schedule and Customer Acceptance:

 

1.1. For equipment supply and installations provided by MYNET ("Company"), an agreed deposit payment is required in advance.

By agreeing to the installation ( either verbally or in writing ) and paying the agreed deposit, the customer accepts these terms and conditions in full.

 

1.2. The remainder of the full payment is due on the day of completion, or the next working day if the completion handover falls on a weekend or bank holiday.

 

2. Late Payment Fee:

 

2.1. Late payments will incur a fee of €/£ 60.00 incl. VAT per week (7 days) from the due date until the outstanding payment is settled.

 

3. Ownership of Equipment:

 

3.1. Ownership of the equipment provided in the security installation remains with the Company until full payment, including any applicable late payment fees, has been received and cleared.

 

4. Non-Payment and Equipment Retrieval:

 

4.1. In the event that cleared funds are not received within 60 days of the completion date, the Company reserves the right to dismantle and retrieve the installed equipment.

4.2. Any costs associated with the dismantling and retrieval of equipment due to non-payment will be the responsibility of the customer.

MONITORING SERVICES

Service Description:

MYNET provides monitoring services for security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, fire alarms, access control, or any other similar or arranged security system. The monitoring service may be provided 24/7 or as per the arrangement with the client.

1. Payment Terms:

Payments for monitoring services are always due in advance.

Payment methods include Direct Debit, bank transfer, online payment via link, or over our phone service.

 

2. Failed Direct Debit:

In the event of a failed Direct Debit payment, a charge of €/£ 10.00 incl.VAT will be incurred.

3. Late Payment Charges:

For late payments (7 days after the invoice date), a charge of €/£ 10.00 incl. VAT will be applied weekly until the Invoice is settled in full (including the late payment charges).

Service Suspension for Failed Direct Debits:

If Direct Debit payments fail three times consecutively, the monitoring service will be placed on hold until the outstanding balance is cleared.

 

The client must contact MYNET to clear the balance and reinstate the monitoring service.
